Information on the Site about our Services is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. The specific scope, fees, deliverables, and terms for any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement between you and DatumDigi Solutions.

3. Eligibility and Use of the Site

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of your organization.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations and these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, public order, public morals, or Islamic values
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, servers, or networks
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful technologies
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site

• Collect information about other users without their consent and in violation of the PDPL or other laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

We may resell, implement, integrate, or support third-party applications and services. These are subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content, performance, security, or availability.

7. Staff Augmentation and Recruitment

When providing staff augmentation or recruitment services, we collect and process candidate data in accordance with Saudi labor laws and the PDPL. Specific commercial terms will be outlined in a separate agreement.

8. AI Services and Data

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to provide data for AI Services. We process data only as necessary, in accordance with the PDPL and agreements, and do not use proprietary data for other clients' models unless expressly agreed.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free access or accuracy of information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DatumDigi Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability shall not exceed a specified amount or fees paid in the preceding three months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DatumDigi Solutions against claims arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
